What You'll Own

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for key customer accounts, orders, and service needs.
• Manage the full order lifecycle in ERP software ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery commitments.
• Drive coordination across production, logistics, and sales to keep customer orders moving and on time.
• Stay ahead of inventory levels and lead times, proactively communicating with customers before issues surface.
• Take the lead in resolving complex situations involving shipments, billing, product specifications, and returns.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate and analyze reporting to spot trends and fuel continuous improvement.
• Support internal teams on ERP-driven tasks order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong command of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Confidence in an ERP system and the adaptability to master a new one quickly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving instincts the kind people naturally look to.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• The composure to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
