As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining data solutions that support data generation collection and processing. Your day to day activities will include creating data pipelines ensuring data quality and implementing extract transform and load processes to migrate and deploy data across various systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures to support evolving business needs Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative approaches to enhance data reliability and efficiency Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development to elevate overall quality Advanced proficiency in Data Engineering along with expert proficiency in Data Pipelines and Data Processing is suggested Python SQL Data Pipelines and Data Processing Utilize strong SQL Python expertise to engineer sound data pipelines and conduct routine and ad hoc analysis to assess the performance of legacy products and the saliency of new features Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design create and track campaign program KPIs Perform analyses on large data sets to understand drivers of marketing engagement and provide recommendations on campaign and product optimization Project manage end to end process of analytics tooling feature development including request intake requirements evaluation cross functional team alignment feature execution QA testing and stakeholder communications Interface and consult with marketers analysts and cross functional partners to understand their reporting and data needs serving as the point of contact for requests inquiries and action items Interface with other data engineering product and data science teams to implement client needs and initiatives Basic Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering Advance proficiency with Python, SQL, Data Pipelines and Data Processing High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Expert proficiency in Data Pipelines and Data Processing Role Location Hourly Salary Range California $72 to $92 Cleveland $72 to $92 Colorado $72 to $92 Columbus $72 to $92 Connecticut $72 to $92 District of Columbia $72 to $92 Illinois $72 to $92 Maine $72 to $92 Maryland $72 to $92 Massachusetts $72 to $92 Minnesota $72 to $92 New York $72 to $92 New Jersey $72 to $92 Virginia $72 to $92 Washington $72 to $92 Requesting an Accommodation Accenture is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities or religious observances, including reasonable accommodation when needed.
