Direct Support Professional (DSP) Join Devereux New Jersey where great careers soar! Locations and Salary Positions are located in Hardyston, Lafayette, and Sparta, NJ. Salary starts at $20.42 per hour and increases with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Plan, implement, and document programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED. Valid non-provisional driver’s license. Age 18 or older (required). Able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Empathetic with a team approach to caring for individuals. Benefits Time off benefits starting day one.
