Registered Nurse Travel Position
Registered Nurse travel position in the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care, administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately in EPIC.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and floating requirements across Zone 1 facilities.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or higher) from an accredited program
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- BLS (AHA) certification
- PALS (AHA) certification
- NIHSS certification
- TNCC certification
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to float across Zone 1 facilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
