Desired Background & Skills:

• Valid School Psychologist licensure or certification appropriate for K-12 educational settings
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working with K-12 populations, including conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing consultation
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, administrators, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Interpret assessment data and provide actionable recommendations to educators and families
• Participate actively in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative services to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement school-wide programs and individualized supports
• Maintain accurate records of services and interventions, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory guidelines
