Opportunity Highlights

• Support a diverse student population of over 27,000 in Southern California
• Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with no on-call requirement
• Benefit from a hybrid schedule with 2 remote workdays weekly after completion of probation
• Deliver time-limited therapy to individuals with opportunities for limited extended/longer-term cases
• Conduct crisis intervention and urgent consultations during two hours service shifts per week
• Work within an APA-accredited training program with opportunities to supervise and teach doctorate level trainees
• Engage in structured peer review with anonymous feedback that drives ongoing quality improvement
• Rely on built-in consultation from colleagues and leadership whenever clinical questions arise
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and ongoing case consultation groups
• Maintain balanced workflow with 45-minute sessions, charting windows, and daily admin time as may be needed
