CT Technologist

Role Overview: The CT Technologist performs computed tomography (CT) examinations following physician orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality images tailored to patient needs. This position involves applying knowledge of imaging techniques, patient treatment, and safety protocols to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct CT scans accurately, considering patient-specific factors such as age and health conditions. Utilize sophisticated CT equipment and imaging techniques to produce diagnostic images. Follow physician instructions and maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures. Adhere to regulatory and licensing requirements, including maintaining relevant certifications and licenses. Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care and imaging needs. Qualifications & Skills Relevant education meeting certification, licensing, or registration standards. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Oregon Medical Imaging License and appropriate registry or certification (RT-Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or CT Technologist). Ability to work multiple shifts, including days and evenings, with flexible scheduling options.
