Project Manager

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for our client, a growing organization delivering complex capital projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. The Project Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of medium-to-large capital projects from early development through commissioning and start-up. This individual will coordinate internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Position Responsibilities Manage capital projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through closeout. Support the development and implementation of standardized project-management processes and procedures. Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities. Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and key deliverables. Identify project risks, delays, and areas of concern while developing appropriate mitigation strategies. Evaluate proposed scope changes and assess their potential effects on cost, schedule, quality, and project delivery. Coordinate the implementation of approved changes in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and decisions clearly across all stakeholder levels. Manage relationships with external contractors, consultants, and vendors. Support the development of future projects, including scope definition, contractor engagement, preliminary cost estimates, and schedule planning. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
