Double F Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Lead to join our team in Baton Rouge! This position plays a key role as the connection between our customers and CDL drivers — ensuring loads are dispatched efficiently, problems are solved quickly, and service stays exceptional.

Dispatch daily loads and coordinate with drivers

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and drivers

Organize and problem-solve to ensure safe, cost-effective, on-time performance

Support company and customer procedures

Communicate effectively to maintain strong customer relationships

Inspect trucks and trailers as needed

Assist the Logistics Manager and act as backup when required

3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics

Knowledge of DOT regulations

High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Strong computer skills (Google Suite or MS Office)

Experience with dispatch software a plus

Availability to be on-call every other week (24/7)

Excellent communication and people skills

Attention to detail and decision-making ability

Flexibility and responsiveness

Strong customer service mindset and empathy
