Custom Home Renovations MD (CHR Homes) is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping homeowners protect and improve their biggest investment — their home.

What You'll Do:
- Run appointments generated by CHR's canvassing team, digital marketing, and other company lead sources
- Conduct exterior inspections and property assessments to identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, door, deck, or storm damage needs
- Present CHR's services, pricing, and financing options to homeowners, and close signed contracts
- Self-generate leads through door knocking, personal referrals, networking, and personal prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment through contract execution and customer deposit collection
- Collaborate with CHR's production and operations team to ensure a smooth customer handoff post-sale
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CHR's CRM system for all leads, appointments, inspections, and contracts
- Represent CHR professionally in all homeowner and community interactions, adhering to ethical sales practices and applicable Maryland solicitation regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in exterior home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or similar) preferred, but motivated candidates from other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with homeowners quickly
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of generating and closing your own leads
- Comfortable working outdoors and conducting property inspections in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology for CRM data entry and tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowner schedules
