In our SPX Cooling Technologies business, you’ll help assemble the high-quality industrial HVAC equipment—cooling towers, fans, and refrigeration units—that support mission-critical facilities. Transform metal parts into finished, inspection-ready assemblies that carry the Marley, Recold, and SGS reputation for quality.

• Read/interpret simple instructions and controlled documents to stage and position parts for assembly.
• Use drills, hand tools, and air impact wrenches to fasten components with bolts, screws, and other hardware.
• Verify work against quality standards so each unit can pass final inspection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and take on other assigned tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months relevant experience/training ; or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Clear communication skills—read and comprehend basic instructions, write simple notes, and share updates in small-group or one-on-one settings.
• Foundational math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling; occasional climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lift/move up to 25 lbs.; close-vision work.
• Manufacturing floor exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional fumes/airborne particles; earplugs required. Safety and good housekeeping are core to our culture.

• Week Shift: 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday
• Weekend Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm, Friday–Sunday — work 36 hours, paid for 40; overtime for hours beyond 36
