Freight Dispatcher

Freight Dispatcher TLP Trucking is a growing company that has been serving customers for nearly 10 years. We specialize in hauling livestock feed within a 400‑mile radius of Lebanon, Missouri, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our team in an in‑office position. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily freight movements Communicate with drivers and customers Schedule truck and trailer maintenance Coordinate roadside repairs and breakdown assistance Recruit and onboard new drivers Move trucks and trailers as needed Arrange outside carriers for loads we cannot cover with our own fleet Process and invoice brokered loads Help keep operations running efficiently and on schedule Preferred Qualifications Prior trucking industry experience required Former CDL Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure Experience with dispatching, logistics, or fleet management is a plus Equipment We Operate End Dumps Belt Trailers Walking Floors What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, growing company Opportunity to be home every night Family‑oriented work environment Long‑term career opportunity with a respected local carrier Contact If you’re ready to use your trucking knowledge in a leadership role and enjoy more time at home, we’d like to talk with you.
