Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
- Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines
- Read, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English; perform basic math calculations
- Use basic measurement tools such as microscopes
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
- Maintain good attention to detail
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
Experience Required
- 0- 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience
Skills & Certifications
- Visual inspections
- Basic use of measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Basic math and specification comprehension (English)
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Steel toe shoes required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Eye exam required upon hire - 20/30 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and/or successful color vision exam
- Able to work flexible/extended hours with regular, punctual attendance
- No drug screening required; candidate can start while background check is in process
