Present and sell a full range of insurance products clearly and confidently, turning prospects into lifelong clients Conduct appointments and close deals with a consultative, customer-focused approach Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing client value and your commission earnings Maintain accurate records and manage your sales funnel efficiently to ensure steady, predictable results Licensing Requirements: To thrive in this sales-driven role, you must have or be willing to obtain Washington State insurance licenses for: Property & Casualty (P&C) Life & Disability Who You Are: A goal-oriented, target-smashing sales professional with a positive, can-do attitude Self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to generate and convert your own leads Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to track progress and manage leads effectivelyA relationship builder who listens, understands client needs, and closes the deal Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus—but your drive to hit numbers and grow is what really counts!
