In Your Role, You Will:

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures by setting up and organizing the operating theater
• Uphold sterile environments and strictly follow infection control protocols
• Efficiently pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assisting staff
• Oversee and manage surgical tools and equipment before, during, and after operations
• Ensure all supplies are ready and organized for each surgical operation
• Coordinate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver optimized care
• Keep precise records and surgical counts during procedures

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential

Required Certifications:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) is required
