Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurses and physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and families

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software applications
