We seek individuals who evolve, adapt, and thrive on challenging problems. Responsibilities As a Front Office Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing cutting‑edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, low‑latency systems crucial for pricing, quoting, and hedging a diverse range of financial instruments, such as USTs, Swaps, and MBS. You will also develop innovative platforms that enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks. A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging AI‑driven analytics for sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies. Basic Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience using a modern programming language (Java, C/C++, Python). Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly identify scope and impact of issues. Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, self‑directed, and self‑motivated. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services or Fintech. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders. Experience with AWS. Experience working on high availability, mission critical systems. Experience with microservice architectures (SOA). Experience engineering solutions with distributed tracing, performance testing, authentication, authorization. Experience with UNIX operating systems internals, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and networking. Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, and software design. Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150,000-$300,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
