Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Growing Federal Qualified Health Center is looking to hire three Family Medicine Physicians or Internal Medicine Physicians to work in the Western New York area!

This FQHC has been in practice since 1999 operating with patient centers across Western New York.

• 4 locations - Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, and Lockport
• Expanding to a 5th location by the end of the year!
• Serves 20,000 patients annually
• 180+ employees
• Provide services such as Adult and family Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Dental and more

Benefits and Features:

• $190,000 - $200,000 / year

Job/Practice Description:

• Full time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday dependent on location
• Ideal candidate is flexible to go to different locations if needed - all within 30 minutes of each other
• Family Medicine Physician will see on average 16-20 patients per day
• Rotating phone call - 1 week at a time

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Ability to hold a New York state license
• Ideal candidate is comfortable working independently
