Technical Product Support Specialist & Client Liaison

Dormont Manufacturing Company

Aderant is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide technical support and help clients with questions about our product by phone or online. This role resolves issues while adhering to service level agreements and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
