In Home Caregiver - Make a Lasting Impact in Northwest Indiana
At Angels Among Us , we're dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. As a caregiver with our agency, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.
About the Role
As a caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that enables clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your work will bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to families in our community. In Home Caregiver responsibilities include:
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance)
• Homemaking (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation)
• Companionship and social engagement
• Medication reminders (non-administration)
• Safety monitoring and documentation
• Support with mobility and daily routines
