Working remotely, the full-time Senior Copywriter will craft high-quality content across various digital channels for multiple healthcare education brands, ensuring brand consistency and compliance while mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities Write compelling copy for email, paid social, digital display, web, and video formats Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to integrate copy and design seamlessly across all assets Mentor junior Copywriters, providing creative feedback and guidance to enhance overall team output Required qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating writing across digital channels and strategic thinking Proven ability to adapt writing style to multiple brand voices and audience contexts Experience in higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven sectors, with an understanding of adult learner psychology Background in high-volume content production environments with a deadline-driven approach Advanced use of AI writing tools and experience in designing AI-assisted content workflows
