Assembly Workers Needed! Start ASAP!
Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Gather materials, parts, and tools needed to complete production orders.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and shop equipment to build products.
• Inspect completed assemblies and maintain quality throughout the production process.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and basic assembly instructions accurately.
• Experience using hand tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work well on a team.

Additional Skills

• Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or metal manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic quality inspections.
• Experience operating production equipment or fabrication machinery.
• Familiarity with press brakes, CNC equipment, or similar manufacturing tools.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and grow with the company.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
