What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for school caseloads Utilize a range of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify strengths and learning needs Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision-making and monitor progress Ensure fidelity of implementation through ongoing data review and program adjustments Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional assistants, and support staff Partner with a team of BCBAs to coach and build the capacity of RBTs and behavior technicians - a consultative role without direct supervisory responsibility Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families to support generalization and long-term success Serve as a consultant to IEP teams, contributing to student-centered behavioral programming Deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and classroom-based trainings Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Provide in-the-moment guidance and debriefing during behavioral escalation How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral programming Strong collaboration with school teams and families Consistent data-driven decision-making Positive student outcomes, sustainable supports, and strengthened capacity within the school's RBT team Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings, ideally spanning PreK through elementary-age populations Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and coaching or supporting RBTs and behavior technicians in a consultative capacity Strong collaboration and communication skills with school personnel and families Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student-centered care Why CAS Is Different Balance autonomy with meaningful clinical support Prioritize collaboration over isolation Invest in clinician growth across settings Support sustainable, long-term careers in ABA ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
