Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scheduled surgical cases Monday through Friday as assigned, with flexibility to meet unit needs
• Participate in post-shift call coverage one time per week from 1900–2300, with potential extension based on unit need
• Float between like units within the facility and across facilities within the state as directed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start; no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Active ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting (320+ staffed beds)
• Familiarity with scrub and circulator roles within a high-volume OR environment
