Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience or clinical familiarity with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teamwork

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned caseload
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy individually and in groups, tailoring interventions to diverse student needs
• Maintain precise documentation, progress reports, and communication with parents, teachers, and fellow therapists
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, assisting in goal setting, strategy planning, and student advocacy
