THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position provides supervision for staff while directing major operations for the Resource Family and Independent Living programs. As a County Casework Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: Staff Oversight: Supervise program staff, manage schedules, review performance, and monitor case quality Program Management: Direct Resource Family and IL program operations including training, compliance, and reporting Community Representation: Represent programs at agency meetings and community events Youth Support: Ensure required Independent Living services are delivered and collaborate with partners Caseload Assistance: Carry cases as needed and participate in supervisory on-call rotation Operational Duties: Complete documents, attend required meetings, and perform related tasks as assigned Work Schedule and Additional Information Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. On-call 24/7 on rotating basis. Irregular hours including evenings and weekends. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
