Experience Requirements Ten or more years of senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or equivalent. Proven ability to stabilize organizations and lead through transition or change. Strong command of financial systems, reporting discipline, and operational rigor. Experience with nonprofit accounting or the ability to quickly develop proficiency. Comfortable managing multiple client engagements in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Prior fractional, advisory, or consulting experience. Experience supporting organizations through growth, scaling, or operational transformation. Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or comparable systems. What You Bring Prior fractional, advisory or consulting experience.
