Car Rental Agent – Omaha, NE

Looking for an energetic, people-focused role with strong earning potential? Join our team as a Full-Time Car Rental Agent at our Omaha locations at the Airport and 116th & Dodge .

We're seeking friendly, reliable professionals with customer service, hospitality, or retail experience who enjoy helping customers and driving sales through exceptional service. You'll receive comprehensive training to confidently handle rentals, solve problems quickly, and recommend products and services that enhance each customer's experience.

Schedule

• Full-Time – Approximately 40 hours per week
• Primarily Day Shift
• Weekend availability is required

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close rental agreements while delivering personalized, high-quality customer service
• Clearly answer customer questions regarding charges, vehicle condition, directions, and other concerns
• Proactively recommend optional products including protection coverage, GPS, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades
• Prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and detailing
• Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations
• Perform office duties including answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Support teammates by assisting other rental agents or nearby locations as needed
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated stable work history
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with general office equipment (fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents
• Must pass a drug and background check
