Hanson Family Dental, a local private practice, brand new facility, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our patient centered team. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a productive environment. We offer a friendly patient base, up-to-date equipment, a competitive hourly wage with a bonus structure, paid time off plus 11 paid holidays and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records in Dentrix software.
- Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary, providing support with instruments and materials.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Work effectively with patients, creating a comfortable environment for all ages during their visits.
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

- Monday 8-5
- Tuesday 8-6
- Wednesday 8-5
- Thursday 8-5
- Friday 8-1
Pay: $52.00 per hour plus bonus
