Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Arizona Fingerprint Card, or willingness to obtain
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare physical therapy settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with educators, families, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services for students in accordance with IEP or 504 plans
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Support safe mobility and access to school environments
• Maintain thorough records and participate in meetings as required
