- Receive, unbox, and inspect incoming wax materials and cores
- Assist with unloading incoming molds
- Ensure containers and boxes are emptied before returning to suppliers
- Organize incoming and outgoing materials and work areas
- Transport materials between stockroom and production floor
- Collect and return empty containers from presses and work cells
- Support end-of-month inventory for wax and core materials
- Assist with outsourcing and general floor support tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Must pass a visual acuity test
- Must be flexible and able to take on new tasks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
- Must be able to work with export-controlled materials
- Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Dover, NJ
- Certifications in post-cast or related manufacturing areas
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Report any safety concerns, injuries, or environmental issues promptly
- Participate in all required safety training
