- Accurately prepare and submit third-party insurance claims in a timely manner
- Investigate and follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims
- Respond to patient and payer billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Post insurance and patient payments and maintain accurate account records
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Ability to work fully on-site in York, Nebraska Minimum of 1 year of medical billing experience (required) High school diploma Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, follow-up, and denial resolution High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
