Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00). No weekends or holidays required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment interventions. This role focuses on patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.


• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and home exercise programs.


• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy setting.


• Current Physical Therapy license in North Carolina required.


• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is preferred.


• Certifications in relevant areas such as BLS are required.
