Your qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license appropriate for school-based practice
• Recent experience working in a school or early childhood setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy strategies for early learners
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role and responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication
• Provide direct and consultative services to students in K-2 classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, progress, and interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with regulations
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates each child’s abilities
