Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”) and give studio tours. Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout. Sell memberships to help the studio thrive. Follow up on prospective clients. Handle members’ concerns in a professional, objective manner aiming for resolution. Participate in marketing and outreach events. Ensure all areas of the studio, lobby, and front desk are kept clean and organized; accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklists. Conduct telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer‑care calls. Be willing and able to participate in 1–2 OTF workouts per week. Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns. Properly onboard all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms. Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled. Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Friendly, positive, upbeat, and always bring a smile. Previous sales experience and strong sales skills (a plus). Solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking ability. Functional computer skills. Health‑and‑fitness minded (preferred). Strong sales, communication, and customer‑service skills. Ability to work and function in a team environment.
