Associate Dentist

Location: Coronado Dentistry
Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 annually

Coronado Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established, technology-driven practice located on beautiful Coronado Island. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values strong patient relationships, and is looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Our practice offers an established patient base, a strong hygiene program, consistent new patient flow, and a highly supportive team, providing an excellent opportunity for professional and financial growth.

• PPO practice (No HMOs or Denti-Cal)
• Approximately $125,000 in monthly production
• Approximately 30 new patients each month
• Six modern operatories
• Two hygienists scheduled daily
• Advanced technology including iTero® digital scanner and Overjet AI
• CBCT imaging coming soon
• Beautiful location on Coronado Island, just minutes from downtown San Diego

• Provide comprehensive dental care focused on exceptional patient outcomes
• Diagnose and present treatment plans while educating patients on their oral health
• Build long-term relationships through compassionate, personalized care
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver high-quality treatment in accordance with best clinical practices

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills
• Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
