YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the SSVF program, focused on assisting homeless and formerly homeless veterans and their families in finding permanent housing. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload, provide outreach across King County, and link families with supportive services. A BA in social services and experience with low-income families are required.
