Pay: $125,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonus - Commensurate With Experience

Trial Experience Required

The Law Offices of Peter N. Davis & Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Lodi, NJ.

This is not just another attorney position. We are looking for a proven trial attorney who wants to work on serious cases, help strengthen the litigation department, and become a major long-term part of the firm’s future.

This is an opportunity for a motivated senior attorney with 5 to 10+ years of trial experience at a New Jersey personal injury firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
• Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Serve as lead counsel on serious personal injury matters.
• Supervise junior attorneys and legal support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Develop case strategies to achieve excellent results for clients.
• Help improve litigation systems, case handling, and overall department performance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation at a New Jersey injury law firm.

Trial experience is required.

• Proven experience handling personal injury matters from filing through a jury verdict.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Strong understanding of New Jersey personal injury litigation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, mentor junior attorneys, and handle major litigation matters.
• Must be comfortable working full-time, on-site in our Lodi, NJ office.
