Senior Software EngineerNOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work onsite, based on the client's specified hybrid work schedule (currently onsite 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).Location: Sunnyvale, CAType: Contract – 12 monthsRate: $63/hr C2C (rate to you)Senior Software Engineer (Sunnyvale, CA) - 7+ years of Software Engineering experience - Python - MongoDB - REST endpoint development - microservice modeling. - Expert knowledge of python - Relational & non-relational database systems -(MongoDB) - Programming Java, Python and associated IDE's (Eclipse, IntelliJ, PyCharm etc.) - SW Development life-cycle process & tools - Extensive experience Java, MongoDB, Python - Self-starter that can manage and prioritize day to day activities and plan to address long-term needs. - Works well independently as well as on a team. - Strong communication skills. - Preferred MS Degree in Computer Science (or related). - Backend developer provide the development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of various Python-based REST end points, microservices, and data model management - Create and consume REST - Design enterprise products/applications. - Leverage multiple data transit protocols and technologies (MQTT, Rest API, JDBC, etc.) - Participate in code reviews - Develop cutting edge solutions to maximize the performance, stability, and distribution processing of systems - Develop high throughput, high performance systems and global applications - Design and build server-side applications and services is required (Database Layer) - Participate and involved in wide architecture discussions and software development best practices
