As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ERP scanners to safely move, store, load, and unload finished goods throughout the warehouse.* Pull and prepare customer orders using pick tickets while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.* Receive and ship products using straight trucks, tractor-trailers, and overseas containers.* Organize shipping documentation, including pick tickets, manifests, and labels, and support customer shipments through approved carriers.* Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, warehouse organization, and housekeeping activities to maintain an efficient operation.* Support internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring finished goods are properly received, stored, picked, and shipped.**What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma or GED required.* Two or more years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or forklift experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Forklift operation experience and the ability to safely move materials throughout a warehouse environment.* Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and follow daily operational instructions.* Basic computer skills required; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.**What You Can Look Forward To*** A full-time third shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.* Opportunities to play a critical role in warehouse operations that support customers across the organization.* A fast-paced environment focused on teamwork, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.* Experience working with shipping, inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling equipment.* The ability to work in varying temperature environments as part of daily responsibilities.* Physical requirements that include operating forklifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, moving materials, and performing warehouse-related tasks throughout the shift.**Disclaimer*** The statements provided are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position.* They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, qualifications, or skills required.* Responsibilities and job requirements may change based on business needs.* Employees may be assigned additional duties and responsibilities as required.In the Van Drunen Family of Companies, commitment to excellence is in everything we do!
