Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Proven competence in gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining in geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, document per facility and state requirements, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:00-16:30.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks listed).
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week as specified.
