We have a flexible, non-stressful, life balance approach to our therapeutic calling. We can provide the flexibility to balance Telehealth (work from home) and in office clients. Responsibilities: As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face, as well as, through telehealth, to do the following: Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions Conduct therapy sessions with clients Develop a customized treatment plan based on each client's needs Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment Complete session notes promptly We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Therapists committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services. Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. Valid California License Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software Ability to stay current on emerging theories, techniques, and practice in family therapy.
