Shift Manager

Shift Manager Independent franchisee-owned McDonald’s restaurant seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality service, maintain safety standards, and support crew performance. Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service to customers. Plan and monitor each shift, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness. Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Help assigned departments meet targets and support team goals. Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance, Crew Management, Quality Food Production, Customer Service, Safety & Security, Scheduling, and Training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred. Must be 18 years or older.
