Public Relations Manager => Relocate to China

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PR affairs for the Group CEO, including personal brand positioning and annual planning; conceive and execute overseas PR campaigns and story angles.
Own brand development strategy and product image planning; drive PR communications and content strategy; support the development and execution of the annual PR strategy and roadmap.
Build, maintain, and expand media relationships.
Bring PR experience in Shenzhen or elsewhere in China, with hands-on ability to produce short videos, photography, and written content, plus a working understanding of website basics.
Apply AI tools fluently across day-to-day PR work — copywriting, content polishing, sentiment/public-opinion analysis, asset generation, campaign performance reviews, proposal refinement, and competitor analysis — to significantly raise both efficiency and communication quality.
Handle other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
Fluent spoken and written English; 2+ years of PR experience; suited to an early-career professional.
Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills, adaptability, and execution ability.
Proficient across AI office, creative, and analytics tools (copywriting AI, design AI, data-analysis AI, sentiment-monitoring AI, etc.), with the ability to embed AI throughout the full PR workflow — producing content efficiently, streamlining work, breaking down projects, and analyzing performance data.
Excellent copywriting, logical thinking, and PR planning skills; able to independently lead PR communication projects end to end.
Sharp instincts for public sentiment and crisis PR, strong resilience under pressure, and skill in stakeholder coordination and resource integration.
Familiar with how China's mainstream and industry media operate; strong existing media relationships are a plus.
Overall: flexible thinker, strong执行力 and sense of ownership, with solid brand thinking, aesthetic judgment, and teamwork; comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to solve PR problems independently.
