RN: Case Manager

Job Description: Join TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville for a 16-week contract in Case Management. This role involves working closely with a team managing patient flow and documentation, utilizing Meditech and Navihealth systems. You'll review cases, coordinate care, and support hospital operations in a setting with 450 beds, including the Sarah Cannon tower. The schedule features 8-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a focus on efficiency-expect to be productive after just five days of orientation. Candidates with previous acute care case management experience who can adapt quickly and demonstrate proficiency in Midas and Meditech are preferred. This assignment offers a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced hospital environment that values a dedicated and professional team.
