This role combines executive support, business development, operations, marketing coordination, and process improvement, with responsibilities spanning client intake, sales pipeline management, social media, KPI reporting, billing, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-forward, and thrives on creating systems, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve how businesses operate. As you demonstrate ownership and produce results, your responsibilities will continue to grow.
