This position is eligible for applicable shift pay differentials.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Perform roving patrol of the buildings and grounds as scheduled.Assist with new patient entry and security proceduresScreen all visitors to the Campus at designated guard booths and stationary entry posts.Assist intake/admissions team with new patients to the campus: recording personal belongings, calming families using de-escalation techniques and assisting with physical restraint as directed by medical personnel.Monitor security cameras and alarms, looking for unusual occurrences and situationsInvestigate reports of missing property, take information and file report internally.Enforce all campus safety policies and procedures: no-smoking, no contraband, no alcohol/drugs or paraphernalia. Assist medical staff with inspection of rooms, confiscation and appropriate logging and disposal of same.Maintain key control and access control on the Campus.Safely transport patients using company vehicle, as needed.Maintain a safe and caring environment, delivering care in a culturally sensitive manner and consistent with Wellbridge mission, vision, and valuesOTHER DUTIES:This job description is intended to provide general guidance and not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of relevant activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. This person consistently moves inside and outside campus areas and stands and sits for extended periods of time. Must be able to observe and inspect areas to maintain facility safety and security. Works in indoor and outdoor conditions. Move up to 50lbs with or without assistance.
