Athletics Travel Manager

Providing athletic travel support for UNLV Athletics, the full-time remote Athletics Travel Manager will manage all aspects of individual and team travel, ensuring a high level of service for coaches, athletes, and staff members. Key responsibilities Arrange domestic and international travel including air, hotel, and car bookings for individuals and teams Calculate and perform exchanges for group and individual travel, managing invoicing to meet deadlines Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication with clients and internal teams Required qualifications Five years of travel agency experience with proficiency in Sabre GDS Experience in air, car, and hotel booking, including knowledge of airline exchanges Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and general office PC-based programs Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet ticketing deadlines Proven competence in managing multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
