Represent the Liberty brand and deliver on our promise as a Front‑Lines Liaison. Adapt to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of customers, whether working in the office or from home. Maintain integrity and ensure customers receive exactly what they paid for. Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment. Excellent oral, written, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and multi‑tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment. Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims. General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
