Property Maintenance Technician — Weekday & On-Call

Uptown Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep Florence properties. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation one week per month. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a reliable team-player attitude.
